My suggestion is for you to take your focus off of having it NOW, accept that you cannot have it NOW, and then channel your focus and energy on doing what is required to obtain what you want. Keep in mind that you must have the right motive.

I used to have this same problem until I decided to change my attitude. Also, if you just wait it out long enough, you'll soon realize that more patience comes with age.

As long as you keep working on it, eventually you'll get there. But for now, don't expect to just instantly become patient overnight. Its ironic, but the truth is it takes patience to acquire patience.

Another thing is if you really want to learn patience, then I suggest learning more about Jesus Christ. If you want to learn what Jesus Christ was like then of course you'll need to humble yourself to get to a point of reading and accepting his word as the truth for your life.

Bottom line, there is no simple answer. Acquiring patience is a lengthy process. And everytime you think you're patient, you will be put to the test. Its in those very moments that you should reflect on yourself and work harder at it.
