Making the blueprint is my responsibility. I make the blueprint by visualising clearly my intentions. If I stop halfway, before I'm finished, the workman gets an incomplete blueprint and he won't know what to do. The workman is very good, and he has nothing else to do, and all he ever does is either wait for the blueprint, or construct according to the blueprint, if he has received one. All I have to do is deliver the blueprint. The workman does the rest.
The workman has a personality. He loves to work. But he does get upset & frustrated when he gets a lousy blueprint, one that's unclear. He can't see what the blueprint says, so in such a case, he'll start randomly hammering around with his tools making whatever whatever whatever.
I have no involvement in the workman's work. All I am supposed to do is prepare the blueprint. The workman does everything else. He absolutely does not need me to help in the actual construction work. |
Brilliant! I just love that. Bob the Builder sitting there idle with his construction hat on waiting for a blueprint.
Tell us what else you come up with. I'm going to have to try this method as well.
