Today I had cereal at 11am with a banana. During 1 I had a ham subway and at 4 another subway (tuna).
And I did change my eating patterns. I've been having to wake up earlier to goto class and so I've been eating earlier and more often.
EDIT: Could it be possible I have low blood sugar levels?
