Why do I feel so tired in the afternoon? So last night I had decent amount of sleep. Fell asleep around midnight and woke up around 8am. But around 5pm I felt a sudden tiredness. So I decided to take a nap and I ended waking up at 9. This pattern has been happening the past few days. Its as if I just feel exhausted in the afternoon and I ended taking ridiculously long naps. And I don't why. Can it be stress or anxiety? Or does my body need 12hours of sleep?!!! |
