Hi Angela, good for you and nice to have your company. I will plan on cutting out wheat products and diary (I hardly eat them anyway) after the first week or so. I find it pretty intense the first week without sugar. Today I just wanted to eat all day. Luckily I was pretty busy so I did not get much chance.
