A great heads-up Power. Couldnt agree more with you that I often shift into gear 3 when I shouldve started in 1 ending up in not carrying it out the way I could have. Expectations from ourselves and people around us and not wanting to fail/not wanting to show that one doesnt know the basics is at the root of this. Nice to see that the show gives you something more than just entertainment. Its a good show too.
