Hi, Stellabeam, my 6-week food makeover coincides with your time period, and also includes no added sugar (also no dairy, yogurt, wheat, bread, pasta, or added fat, except a little olive oil.)
This is day 12 for me and it feels very good to be eating so clean. Yesterday was the hardest-hitting day for me; it was the first time my craving for sugar got a little keen. But after an incredible night's sleep, I woke up this morning and that craving time was over, at least till next time!
