Default Day 5 - 10:00AM and 14:00PM

I decided to update all updates for the day in one post but due to such a dramatic drop in my energy levels I decided that it is worth mentioning it earlier.

Day 5 – 10:00AM
Fell asleep very fast. Halfway through my sleep session I got woken up by a phone call. After the phone call I fell asleep again and automatically woke two minutes before the alarm. My drowsiness has disappeared again, like I have noticed before, during the day times isn’t nearly as bad as during the night times

Day 5 - 14:00PM
For the first time since I started, I slept like a baby. I was dead tired when I went for my nap. After a very deep sleep I woke automatically 4 minutes before my alarm. Currently it feels like my energy levels recover after a nap but between an hour or two before my next nap I start getting tired and can feel all my energy just being sucked out of me and my concentration disappearing. The lumosity challenges are getting too much, especially the memory games, at the moment it’s more guessing that remembering as my mind just doesn’t want to focus. Strangely enough I got a high score in the Memory match game. Typing this update is very difficult as well, every sentence has at least four errors in it, and the poor spell checker is working in overdrive. It feels like I have only one purpose at the moment … sleep. I defiantly think that sleep deprivation is starting to kick in.
