Angela's right. Learn to like vegetables, especially raw. Just add a raw vegetable salad with a yummy dressing (not too much) to your regular diet once a day.
Also, after my baby was born I had a huge problem with belly fat and this is how I got rid of it:
Lie on your back flat on the floor.
Raise your legs at a 45 degree angle from the floor.
Now do 100 cycles as though you're riding a bicycle.
You will feel it in your tummy and thighs and you will see the difference in a week.
Do this every day. If you can't manage 100 start with 20 and build up to 100.
It really works.
