my mother died when I was 12. There was no father in the picture, so I ended up living with relatives. A lot of anger there. In my opinion, visualations and all that stuff might be somthing to try, but if you want to get to the bottom of this: therapy is the way to go. you need to sort this out from the ground. look at it from differnet angels. Itīs too hard to do it on your own. Do yourself a favour and get help.
