He's a bit controversial, but interesting talk on the same topic.

I came in here to post this Glad to see there are more fans of TED out there.

I think the right question to ask is not what are the biggest problems in the world but how do we mobilize people to solve these problems? There are many huge problems in the world and we know how to solve them (global warming is the perfect example of this) but how do we get people to really commit to solving them?
