All of the above. Maybe I take it to the extreme...but that's what I needed to accomplish my desire. When I first started my intentions for my body...I couldn't even run 1 mile! But by reading/saying/listening to my intentions, I began taking action.
I may be a bit controversial because I do believe that I can Supply the HOW...I don't always leave it up to the Universe, other than in financial matters. To me it doesn't make sense that the Universe will supply the HOW, when I already know exactly HOW to have a more healthy body.
anyways...here is my very detailed intention to change my body.
Physically, I have my ideal body. I am muscular, lean and very strong. I weigh 135 lbs by Jan 1, 2007 I am a size 6 which completely thrills me.
I love working out. This is because I get to work out in Nature. Everyday I can be found in the mountains, either hiking, trail running, or mountain biking. In the winter months, I am either snowshoeing or Cross-country skiing. The trails I choose are very challenging and get my heart rate up substantially and increase my cardio capacity. . My metabolism is increasing daily. I love the fact that I get to embrace the beauty of nature while I am designing a more beautiful body. I work out 6 days a week for a minimum of an hour and a half and up to 2 hours. I am not afraid to push my body. Because I participate in exercise through these sports, I feel very athletic. I have a tremendous amount of energy and look and feel youthful. Once a week I take a yoga class with either Krista, Melissa or Katie. I also have a 15 minutes morning routine that includes breathing, stretching, weights, and toning. I lift weights on my arms 3 days a week and they look very toned and sculpted. My abs are defined and flat.
I am a triathlete. I am always training for a triathlon. To keep in shape, I swim 2 times a week for 30 minutes. In the beginning of March, I begin my detailed tri-training. This is a detailed workout that I have purchased from Active.com. In the summer of 2007 I participate in 3 triathlons….1 sprint, Spudman in July, and Jordanelle in August. I medal in at least 2 of them and all my times are under 3 hours.
I eat healthy. I ALWAYS eat only fruit before noon. My diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, small amounts of whole grain breads and pasta. When going to lunch, frequently I have a salad. I am a health nut and am conscious about the freshness and water content of the things I put into my body. 80% of what I eat is Living Food. Because of my awareness of my diet. I am incredibly lean. I have a very trim and athletic figure. I sleep well at night because I have already digested my food before going to bed. I am very aware of the food combination principles and so I feel fantastic ALWAYS. I eat very little sugar during the week and weigh myself daily so I know where I’m at and if I need to adjust. I do no take into my body that which could defile the body for in effect I must begin to live the spiritual laws of health. For my spirit that is tabernacled in my body demands vigor and vitality and it takes physical strength to fulfill the purposes of the Lord and the purpose of my creation.
