First, you have to register your business name, then you have to obtain a business ocupational license, then you have to obtain your resellers license (sales tax i.d.) and this takes time during the day and you may have to work during the day.
You may be able to get your resellers license online. You should be able to do all of this within 2 weeks or less. Maybe even one week.
Then comes the website. And this is what takes the most time and hard work.
The best way to do this is to download a template from TemplateMonster.com and then use that template for every page. The only thing you'll be doing is adding the product image and product information on each page. This can take you some more time depending on how many products you want to sell on your site and this is why I recomend you focusing on a niche market.
