I've been wondering the same things recently. Since I have no time whatsoever, I intended to find more ways to exercise and how to make exercise fun, and I've been manifesting results steadily in this area.
As a simple example, I started taking a walk around the lake during lunch hour, and it's surprising how much I like it!
