Good luck with your challenge. I'm doing one of my own to cut down on the amount of tea I drink. (I was a real 10 cups a day person). I've found having lots of green juices and green smoothies has eliminated the cravings I had for tea!
I would definitely recommend increasing the amount of greens in your diet to help you get through the sugar cravings as they give you a great natural energy lift.
