You have been committed in long relationship and it occupied you and filled space around you. Now you need to fill that space with something different. Try different pieces (friends, girls, work, study) and see if you are satisfied how they fit together. And don't be afraid to throw away some pieces and/or replace them with other ones. You will adjust until you find a new balanced condition when you are generally happy.
What I am trying to say is that don't push yourself into new relationships. Wait.. Just live and flow with life. The relationship will come naturally and eventually.
