I really don't think our guides or Higher Self will hate us or judge us for our actions. Especially for throwing water on someone in a dream!
Our guides, angels and HS are non-judgmental and are only there to help us grow. The being that scolded you was probably just your conscience. And it is great thing to have such a strong conscience that will keep you from hurting others, even in dreams!
