No. Free electricity? unless you can get the land to build on, the facilities to generate power, and the fuel for free then you aren't going to get free electricity. Not to mention the HUGE infrastructure of grids, stations, and other bits to actually get the power to your house. Power through the air? Nikola Tesla's invention only worked through centimeters of distance, not kilometers. It was never brought to the mass market because it simply couldn't be done and can't be done currently(although research is ongoing into this problem) not because of some unwilling idiot. Lay off the Conspiracy Chips(TM).
