We certainly wouldn't laugh at you.
It won't manifest because you really believe it's not possible, you even called it physically impossible. First you need to break down that belief and the easiest way to do it is to look for evidence that it is possible. The evidence doesn't need to be fully concrete, but just an indication that what you wish for isn't out of reach. This will help break down your idea that it definately won't happen and you'll start believing "Hey, maybe it can." and that's your opening into believing it can, and eventually manifesting it.
Also, it might manifest in a very peculiar way. It might be impossible in the way you want it to happen, but there might be another way for it to happen that's close enough. Just be open to all ideas.
