If all that is true, yossarian, then what is your explanation for dreams that become true in real life?
The fact that you personally may never have had a dream that manifested in reality in some way later on doesn't mean the phenomenon doesn't exist. I think dreams can and surely do occasionally reflect things that are going to take place in the future in real life, or that describe the state of another person in our lives.
