I don't disagree at all about that. People should always try and do a good job and provide good service. But I don't think it's our job to personally attack someone, even if they are not doing their job well. I wrote a whole page about the best way to handle this situation a couple of posts back on this same thread. If that doesn't work, it's a persons perrogative to discuss it with the owner (without attacking, just questioning) or to go elsewhere. It's not like anyone has a monopoly. Read my previous post, though. It's like magic what you can accomplish with the right perspective.
