Hay House seems strongly on that side. To my knowledge they're currently the top self-help publisher in the world.
Hay House was founded by Louise Hay more than 20 years ago, who spent a heck of a lot of time encouraging people. I've seen her speak a few times. I think she was already in her 60s when she founded the company.
Everyone I've communicated with at Hay House clearly loves working there and is inspired by the work they do. I see a lot of genuine enthusiasm in their communication, whether by phone, email, or in-person. They've been a real delight to work with.
Most of their staff only works 4 days a week (Mon-Thu). Their employees are also predominantly female (about 80-90% I'd guess).
Hay House is very dedicated to helping people improve their lives, but as a company they have solid physical grounding (strong sales, hard-working people, expanding audience, etc).
If you go to any of their I Can Do It! conferences (the next one is in Vegas in late June), you'll be bowled over by the warmth of the people there, including staff, speakers, and attendees.
