I have been doing exercise regularly so far. Nothing major has happened yet. But I do notice some unusual things, which do not seem related to my intentions.
I also started listening to the Silva Method CDs and do exercises following the instruction. Yes, it takes practice to get into deep meditation state where the visualization/affirmation works best.
By the way, I saw a red hat too last Saturday ...
