Whow jawillie! you are doing so well trying all these things and working out for yourself what serve you and brings your brilliant creations to you.

Going back to your initial question, some people LOVE lists, some people don't, others find them very limiting and frustrating. By the same token, some people visualise well while others find visualising frustrating (at least until they discover that it is possible to use other senses while 'visualising').

I also tried to set goals and write them down every night and, as exciting as it was in the early stages to think about what I really really want, I found the repetitive writing of goals excruciatingly boring!!!! Instead, I found placemat process much more interesting.

I write as often as I can (or need to) to my Manager and delegate stuff to her. And she is an Amazing Woman indeed!!!! There is plenty I thank her for, like being so generous and reliable, or simpy for being there for me whenever I need her. Doing this also puts me in a great mood and I feel safe and happy.
