The definition of extra terrestrial as I understand it is a soul that is not native to Earth and that experienced its first incarnation in a place other than Earth.
There are many souls incarnated here on Earth who originated elsewhere, some aligned with negative energies, some with positive.
You could google 'Sirian', 'Arcturian', 'Pleiadian' if you wanted to find out more about some of the extra-terrestrial soul groups present on Earth.
