[Ecce Homo]

This morning as I was puttering around my apartment, it occurred to me that it would be nice to take a class in automotive maintenance. I remember thinking to myself that I wouldn't want to take an official course for people who are actually training to be auto mechanics. I'd just be interested in something abbreviated, some kind of training that would make me aware of what is going on underneath the hood of my car. I think I even said to myself that that would be nice. But I did not give it another thought. I'd looked for a class like that a little while ago and couldn't find anything that suited my interests or my schedule so I let it go. Fast forward a few hours later. I'm in a used bookstore, just browsing, not looking for or at anything in particular. I am standing in the computer software section and after looking over the various titles, I turn around and on the top shelf is a program called Multimedia Automotive Seminar Complete Car Care, designed specifically for guys like me who don't want to be mechanics but who do want to "perform minor maintenance, prevent major breakdowns and have a very basic automobile knowledge". What's funny about this one is that I wasn't actually trying to manifest anything. I was just thinking to myself, that's all. It made me wonder just how much I have in fact manifested in my life in the exact same haphazard and "unintentional" way as this computer program!
