well done for taking up the challange! The diet and workout plan sounds like mine. Only I live like that year round.

The only difference is that I have one day a week that I can eat whatever want. On that day I often twice my calory limit. This is meant to have a great anabolic effect and it also keeps me sane.

Just one word from me, with your weight training try keep it at a level that you actually feel the pump in the muscle and have some aches the next day, light weight training won't do much for ya. This is only if you're not already doing it. Sorry if it has been mentioned already, I didn't get round to read all the thread.
