I'm going to have two job offers to choose from by Monday. My decision is going to come down to what values I let guide my decision.

Value #1 - I should pick a job that's overall goal is something I believe in.

Value #2 - I should pick a job that I would be best at.

I can't decide what to do here. One company I feel works in a better field, the other I would be much better at. Should I just try to do the best job I can? Should I reserve value #1 for my personal life? I don't know how to pick what job. Keeping in mind that the jobs are in very different sectors and will start the ball rolling on keeping me in whatever sector I pick.
