I've only read your first post, but it strikes me, from reading that, that he's not too concerned about your well being, in all this. If he was, surely from the onset, he would have made 100% sure that you we're completely ok and happy and willing to go ahead with this kind of relationship.
I'm reading very much that he's just in it, for what's in it for him, and that in your heart of hearts you're not at all happy with the whole situation. I think you need to take a good long look at yourself, what do YOU want?
Are you feeling like you have to settle for this situation? When it's not what you really want? Seems quite simple really, it either is, or it isn't, what you want. Am sorry if that's blunt, but that's how I see it, and sometimes, it is better to walk away. But that's always your decision.
