As a sometimes astral projector, I would recommend trying to repeat the circumstances. Go to bed around the same time at midnight, relax and let your thought flow, being aware. If you find yourself in the vibratory state, imagine yourself moving up to the ceiling. Or try rolling out of your body. The more you experience this state, the less nervous you get. If you have a focus (like where you want to go) then you are also more likely to stay calm. Good luck!
