As a student, what kind of meals do you find yourself cooking throughout the week. I'm in the same boat right now and I just recently made a pact to eat healthier and have been doing it successfully so far, but my variety of foods isn't as nice as I want it to be.

I'm not a good vegeterian/vegan cook yet. Maybe I should take some classes or something? Anywhoo...what works for you.
