You almost described exactly, one of the techniques I was talking about posting for you... it involves the 'right before bed part' .......
There seems to be
something about doing these things right before bed or going to sleep on regular basis that can at times produce almost errie results. My own personal experience included.
In that case my suggestion was to have you say over and over again that you are 5.5, as you drift off to sleep, picturing it with a strong feeling of joy... but you've seem to know this one already
I suggested the 5.5 first to get you there halfway and then move on to the remaining 5 inches to achieve the height you're looking for.
