The big difficulties about quitting smoking and losing weight are in the mind - they are psychological. They revolve around your attitudes, beliefs and thoughts about cigarettes, exercise, food and so on.
Fix your mind and the rest follows. The thinking has to come first. If the thinking is correct, the universe moves the rest along, and if there is any action you need to take, it will be right, inspired and inevitable action. Everything begins with your thoughts. |
I can attest to this! And not just because I have had a couple good weeks, either. I can look back in my life and see times when I was successful, my mind was in the game. Times when I "failed" I was acting without much thought into it.
IM doesn't mean "doing nothing." I don't get why people still try to say we aren't DOING anything. ???? I AM doing things, but I know what to do, I see clearly and things are also aligning and working in my favor. It's not "hard" work. It truly is effortless at this point.
I am not wishing I was thin, I am SEEING MYSELF THIN and acting accordingly. I have dieted before. Failed. I was acting without thinking.
I am not wishing I was successful, I am SEEING MYSELF SUCCESSFUL and acting accordingly.
BUT... not everything I am needing to be successful is coming from the sweat of my brow... some things have truly just fallen into my lap. That's no lie.
