@ sean83: Thank you for letting me know that.

Its encouraging.
@Arboretor I've done several experiments with hypnosis over the past few years, some just for fun, some to get serious results. The latest one is from last year, 2007.
I wanted to attend a few drawing and painting workshops where they teach you the renaissance and classical drawing techniques, but these workshops cost alot. My total came up to be $8,120 dollars.
Since I am a full time student and living on my own, I could not afford that. I also didn't want to ask my parents because they are already paying for my college. But I could not get the thought of those workshops out of my head so I had to do something.
I thought of using hypnosis and visualization techniques to solve my problem. I've several recordings and mostly they start by asking you to relax and reach the part of your brain where everything is possible in the now. I took one recording and after that part I added my own affirmations.
"I've paid $8,120 dollars for my workshops, I'm attending them and I'm loving it."
I listened to these recordings every morning as soon as I woke up and every night right before I fell asleep.
This went on for 37 days. On the 38th day my family gave me a surprise visit. My sister was smiling all the time so I knew there must be a good news. My dad called all of us together and told this story.
A man that worked for him 3 years ago had scammed him out of $56,000 dollars and ran away to another state. My dad is a very patient man so he never pursued the scammer and said "Whatever happens, happens for the best" and forgot all about his lost money.
A week ago my dad found that man sitting outside his home on the stairs. He looked ghastly and when he saw my dad he started crying. My dad took him inside and asked him what had happened. The man told him that for the past few weeks he was having nightmares about snakes, spiders and insects crawling out of a pile of money and digging, biting and eating his flesh. He said in his heart he knew whose money it was but he kept ignoring the dreams and thought they'll go away on their own. When they didn't, he went to see his doctor who told him how alot of stress and unfinished business in day to day life can cause these nightmares. He gave him stress relievers which instead of decreasing, increased the intensity and vividness of his dreams. It came to a point where he would see the snakes and spiders in his naps too. He became so miserable that one day he got up, went to the bank, got the money, sat in his car and stopped only infront of my dad's house. He said it wasn't the dreams but the regret of stealing someone's money that made him come back.
My dad gave each of us siblings $9,000. The next day I signed up for my workshops and paid in full. In the afternoon my friend dropped by and asked for an urgent loan of $800 dollars. I gave him the money. When I opened my mails I found a letter from deaf children's organization asking for donations. It was the first time in my life I ever received a donation letter from an organization on my own name. I donated my last $80.
Overall the money stayed in my pocket for a single day. It went the way it came and I never questioned the Providence why. My parents have always taught us to only tell the Providence what to do, but never tell her how to do it and never question her after it is done. So I never questioned why I was given the extra money cause I knew for whoever it is given, will come and take it and they both did.
