Hi I recomend kre alkalyn. I use it and you wont get the kind of bloated feeling that you get from monohydrate. You can find it both in powder and capsule form but you will save if you use in powder form.

I'm on a more than 50% raw diet but I still use my suplements as I'm consideing to stop using them at some point but keeping a few good ones as yet. I've been lifting for a year now and can honestly tell you most supplement have a minor effect. You really need to eat more calories. The only other thing that definitely made a difference to my energy levels was tribulus. But that worked well for me since I'm a female. If you're young man it may not have much effect on you.

If you're looking for more endurance then you might want to have a look at citroline malat (spelling ?) I've heard really good things about it. ALso it seems to increase vascularity as well.
