Seeker, you are doing a beautiful thing. It isn't easy, even if it seems that it "should" be. I have been going through very similar experiences myself on my path. I just finished "Power of Now" as well. Feel free to PM me if you would like to just talk about some things. You will feel a bit better soon, but when the past starts bubbling up, it's like your heart is ripping in a million pieces and your head is going to explode. Just know that you are alright and loved.
