I'm going through a very hard challenge - this counter-surge in fear energy Steve mentioned is no joke. I've been going through it this weekend and all my worst deepest fears I've ever had have been surfacing like crazy this past weekend - all of them combined at once! Some of those fears I hadn't felt in years. Like a huge tidal wave hitting me and engulfing - felt it in my veins and all over.
For a while I thought I had truly lost it all. However, I bought the book the Power of Now and it's helped me tremendously in subsiding the fears for now.
