I checked websites such as Expedia, Orbitz, ect, as well as going directly to the hotels' individual websites.
The least expensive hotel I found nearby is Casino Royale. Because the Venetian is HUGE, it's about a 15-minute walk from the lobby of Casino Royale to the conference, walking through the Venetian. As with many Vegas hotels, the lobby and casino are smoky, but the rooms are clean and quiet enough. The three nights of the conference average under $79.
Other hotels within half a mile:
Treasure Island: $137+
Mirage: $179+
Harrah's: $155+
Flamingo: $150+
Imperial Palace: $76+
Cesear's Palace: $223+
If you want to see where everything is, zoom in really far on Google Maps at the corner of Sands Ave and S Las Vegas Blvd, and it'll label the hotels on the map. |
