I am famillar with the concept too, and have studied this area.
Would you be interested in adding some additional techniques/tools that I know of to help you out? I'm interested in using you as my guinea pig to see if they work as far as increasing height and will help..
And, I'll try to chime every now and then with encouragement and useful info that will help you out if you like...because I feel you will almost certainly encounter a little doubt or discouragement which I think is normal and not necessarily an indication this doesn't work...
