That just goes to show how messed up the rules governing lawyers and their practices are. I'm not saying that all the laws we have in place are currently good and that the status quo should remain, but I'm not always so keen on the Thoreau attitude of "civil disobedience"--if you want to change a law, try changing it through the established process, not by just rebelling and purposefully breaking the established law, unless you believe that the MEANS to appropriately change laws are themselves unjust and need to be overthrown.
