The challenge is that I get up every morning with the intention to do what it takes to achieve these outcomes, but I seem to mentally/emotionally deflate rather quickly. I just can't seem to pull my thoughts together or truly get excited about my dreams...

Dreams are good and they do come true. I can only suggest to you what has helped me in the past and still does today. Even though I am thinking of the end result, it is the process which I end up finding so much more rewarding. Soon, upon taking the steps you need to take, you will start noticing a difference (in whatever goal it is you want to achieve). If it's weight loss, you will notice yourself feeling better from exercise and eating nutritious food. If it's business, you will notice yourself getting more contacts, more jobs, more money. You get the idea. Whatever your dream is, break it down into very small chunks. Do the first one you need to do. The first step is actually the hardest, but once you take the first step you will gain momentum and actually want to do the next step because you will feel excited to do so. If these are truly your dreams, you need to form them into your reality by actually making them real. No matter how small the first few steps are they will form the ball that will begin to start rolling once you consciously do them. Let us know how the first few steps make you feel once you do them. I wish you the best!
