Validation,Invalidation,Empathy These are very new concepts to me. I mean that I know what they are somewhat, but I have very little experience using them,or recognizing them. I am curious about ways to really make these a part of my life(well not the invalidation) I recognize that the validation and empathy are cornerstones to human relationships but we do not use them all too often.
