Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Listen to your intuition and your feelings on this. When you're in the flow like this, ask for even more "Proof" that "this fluff works" and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Keep going and don't let up. Most people make the mistake of taking their foot off the gas and then everything starts to fall apart and they get jaded about the process.
Keep going, have patience and celebrate your successes along the way. The more you attribute your success to the Law of Attraction and the more gratitude you display, the quicker things will begin to move for you.
