It's pretty amusing that the Tax Protester argument is essentially that income tax is unconstitutional. Maybe they haven't read the 16th amendment to the constitution?

If it's in the constitution it obviously can't be unconstitutional.

And one of Irwin Schiff's arguments was that "the United States Tax Court is not a court." That ought to go over well with the judges.
