It brings to mind Alfred Lord Tennyson's words:
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.
Of course, you will find another, even more fulfilling relationship and it will only be so, because you're now ready for it.
I think this relationship has set the standard for you so you know what to look for and what is possible. It was beautiful and it served a great purpose.
Be patient and open and it will come!
