Living life fearlessly comes to mind, not sure where that falls on the positive/negative scale.
Fear does not have to be unwarranted. Sometimes, fear is our intuition telling us to get the hell out of a dangerous situation. When that fear talks to me, it pumps blood to my head and I listen.
