Hmmm... I wrote a reply to Angela's post but didn't post it, I wasn't feeling clear about it.
As for disallowing fear, it does inspire me a lot. I know goals should be stated in a positive form (yes you said it, seeker

). However, my disallowing fear is not about being courageous or generating love, it's really about disallowing fear. It's not the same feeling, I guess it's more about self-discipline. It's also not like fighting fear or overcoming fear, which sounds very forceful. It's just disallowing it. Just like "nope, sorry you don't come into my reality. Stay out." One way of training that is that I go for walks in "difficult" neighborhoods and every time fear shows up, I just, click, disallow it. It's a lot of fun! I feel totally inspired by this exercise.
