You could see both as personal idealists, however, by thinking about the scope in which each identifies with their person.
I'd then entertain the idea that lightworkers accept themselves not only as a part of the whole but also as a reflection of that whole while darkworkers seem to see themselves as an isolated instance inside of what is loosely called civilized society.
