You can't know why "I" might refuse to do service B. If I suck at service B and I might end up damaging someone if I try to do it, I won't do it. Doesn't doing a service that "resonates with you" mean that you have a special talent for it? And in such a case, you would only perform services that you can do well and decline to do services that you suck at and let others who have a talent for those do those.
