I think quite the contrary. I think the highest of steve's post is about polarization (LW x DW). Now when it comes to subjective reality (which you, in turn, may consider useful) i just get turned off and don't even bother to read it anymore.
It's all about perspectives and how some issues resonate with some better than with others.
